Davis Property & Investment is thrilled to announce its partnership with Adolfson & Peterson on the construction of a master-planned industrial park in Fife, Portside Business Center. LBA Realty acquired the 28-acre project in July 2014. Portside Business Center will include six buildings totaling approximately 489,000 square feet. The buildings will be complete with grade-level and dock-high loading and a 30’ clear height. Approximately 439 exclusive stalls will be available for on-site employee parking. The project is zoned for warehouse, office, lab, retail, or mixed-use buildings. Davis Property & Investment, Adolfson & Peterson, and LBA Realty are scheduled to deliver Portside Business Center by the summer of 2015. Leasing will begin immediately.
