Mattress manufacturer Sound Sleep said it has entered into an agreement to purchase a new facility in Sumner’s Valley Distribution Center from Davis Property & Investments. Davis will construct a new 40,000-square-foot building on 2.7 acres of land. Sound Sleep paid $3.3 million for the build-to-suit package and plans to open the new facility in December, according to a Davis Properties press release.
