In a testament to the strength in the industrial real estate arena, Kent-based Davis Property & Investment (DPI) has announced the signing of two major leases for their new industrial developments in South Sound.

Kent-based Davis Property & Investment says it has signed tenants for two new South Sound industrial developments totaling more than 400,000 square feet.

Davis Property & Investment of Kent announced Wednesday that Infinity Global Distribution will lease the entire Tacoma Central Logistics center, 1950 S. State St., Tacoma. The property was purchased from The McClatchy Co., parent company of The News Tribune, in August 2021 for $15.5 million. The site is next to the Allenmore Golf Course.
