Davis Property & Investment, LLC has announced the sale of Commerce Business Center, Buildings 1-3, to the Port of Olympia. This is the Port’s first investment in Lacey with the asset selling for $6.5 million. Commerce Business Center is a five-building complex in Lacey, WA. Buildings 1-3 are located off Willamette Drive and total nearly 58,000 SF. The buildings cover a 5-acre parcel and are zoned for light industrial uses, complete with a 20’ clear height and grade-level loading. The park is home to Tenants such as Stottle Wine, Salish Sea Organic Liqueurs, Monarch Landscaping, and Prince Telecom. “These are extremely high-quality constructed buildings with an excellent tenant mix. This is a great investment in Thurston County by the Port of Olympia,” said Jeff Davis, founder, and owner of DPI.
