Davis Property & Investment recently acquired The Merritt Building in Auburn, WA now known as Davis Medical Center. Davis Medical Center is located at the intersection of Auburn Avenue and 3rd Street NE next to MultiCare Auburn, Franciscan Medical Clinic, and South Auburn Medical Clinic. The building features a brick and glass exterior, covered and non-covered parking, and is leased to various medical and diagnostic providers with one (1) floor available for lease. Davis Property & Investment is in progress with common area upgrades including stairways, elevator interiors, landscaping, building signage, and tenant finishes to make this a state-of-the-art medical center.
