A joint venture between Davis Property & Investment and Highmark Investments recently broke ground on the construction of a 60,375 square-foot industrial building located at 1105 140th Avenue Ct E, Sumner WA. This is a build-to-suit project for Penny’s Salsa with an extensive freezer, cooler, and food processing infrastructure. Located on a 5-acre site, the building will have elegant glass storefront entrances with grade-level and dock-high loading doors. It will be complete with a 30’ clear height and 1,600 amps of 3-phase 480-volt power. A 3,500-square-foot office will include 9 private offices, restrooms, a conference room, and a break room. Neighboring tenants include Gordon Trucking, Norfil Manufacturing, and Chevron. The $10M project will be delivered in the summer of 2017.
