Davis Property & Investment, LLC is pleased to announce the purchase and upcoming development of 3.9 acres in Fife, WA. The site will be complete with two commercial buildings. The first will be an approximately 55,000 SF industrial building built on a speculative basis, complete with elegant glass storefront entrances and grade-level/dock-high loading doors. The second will be an approximately 14,000 SF full-service grocery store. The cost of the project is estimated at $12 million. The site is located on the corner of 20th Street East and 70th Street East. Allowed uses for the industrial building include storage, warehousing, distribution, wholesale, and limited retail sales. The grocery store will be complete with a family-oriented restaurant/deli market, a convenient financial institution, and will sell food, newspapers, pharmaceuticals, and other common supermarket items. “The City and DPI are both excited to bring the convenience of a market/grocery store to the local community that lives in the area and the countless people that work there during the day. We are talking to several well-established local/regional operators for this location,” said Jeff Davis, developer, and owner of DPI. The site is scheduled to be delivered in 2018.
