DPI, alongside LBA Realty, saw a vision for an overgrown, 29-acre site in Fife, WA. The teams turned unappealing land into an attractive $40M industrial development with a park-like setting complete with walking paths, benches, and a retention pond located at the front of the park. The project was completed in September 2015 with six buildings totaling 485,500 SF and is 95% leased.
